The South West have a miling list which members sign up to themselves. This means that you can aubscribe or unsubscribe whenever you want and you have conrol of what you recieve.

FAQs

Do I have to register?

Yes you do so that we know who you are when you visit the site. If you don't register, we don't know which e-mails to send you.

Is it free?

Yes is is completely free, the mailing list facility is funded by the shop on trampolining-online.co.uk so if you want to support is then use the shop.

I have registered & logged in but I still can't access it, what is wrong?

You also need to validate your e-mail address. Visit the my profile page (link in the top right corner of the site) and click on the link in next to your e-mail address. This will send you an e-mail with a link in it that you need to click on. This simply confirms the e-mail address that you have registered is correct so we send e-mails to the right place. This also helps avoid the site being abused by spammers!

I can't remember my username / password for the site, but I think I have registered!

On the login page there is a link just for you (or just click here!) - enter your e-mail address (ignore the username box unless you know it) and your username and password will be e-mailed to you.

If your username is not found, simply register again as it seems you did not complete the registration.

Why can't you just send me an e-mail without all this?

The SW committee are volunteers trying their best however they do not have unlimited time and resources. Running a mailing list manually is quite hard, especially when lists become long as normal e-mail programs aren't very good as sending out lots of e-mails and you have to do it in a number of batches.

Using this mailing list means that anyone can subscribe themselves without needing to get in touch with us and equally if you no longer wish to recieve the e-mails then you can just as easily unsubscribe.

It is then easy for a committee member to send out an e-mail to the list as it is always up to date. The site sends the e-mails too so there is no worry about problems with e-mails being sent out properly.

Another benefit is that trampolining-online are constantly updating their systems so we will benefit from the features and facilities that they provide.
